Do I need a ZCare subscription?

No. Hospital Bystander is a separate, pay-per-booking service within Zarva One. Your recurring ZCare plan stays separate.

Is the companion a nurse?

No. Companions provide non-medical support. Hospital staff remain responsible for treatment. Medical concerns must be escalated immediately to the hospital team.

Can I arrange this from abroad?

Yes. You can request support for a loved one in a configured Kerala service area and name an authorised family contact. We review hospital requirements and availability before confirming.

How much does it cost?

Your quote depends on the shift, location, travel and any applicable night charges or taxes. We share an itemised, approved quote before you commit. Draft rates are not live prices.

Can you cover a longer hospital stay?

You can request multiple shifts. Each shift is reviewed and staffed separately; longer coverage may involve different companions and an agreed handover. One companion does not provide continuous coverage.

Does submitting confirm a booking?

No. Our team must review your request, hospital permission and companion availability. Confirmation follows quote acceptance, verified payment and assignment.

What if the hospital refuses entry or I need to cancel?

Let our care team know. Hospital entry rules take priority. Your quote sets out cancellation and refund terms before payment; cancellations and refunds are reviewed by operations.
